Just a quick update with a little list of essential oils or incense you can use to aid you in astral projection.
Benzoin
Cinnamon
Jasmine
Sandalwood
So, if you're thinking about trying astral projection, or you want to give your projections a little more kick, try burning these incenses or rubbing the oil on your hands and third eye to help.
